Here you can leave the city and the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you, and immerse yourself in a world of rural well-being, without sacrificing modern comforts. Each room tells gentle bedtime stories with its cosy, elegant wooden furnishings made of 250-year-old Austrian stone pine. Get up in the morning, step out onto the balcony or terrace and breathe in the fresh country air. Discover our lovingly furnished Bauernstube rooms, our 2-room apartments Scheunenzimmer and Gartenstuben, or the cosy Bauernsuite. Dogs are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy their time at Golchener Hof to the fullest.

All our rooms are furnished in wonderful stone pine wood. The wood was reclaimed from old Austrian manor houses and recycled here. We love it for its positive health properties and unique aesthetics – and of course for its great quality. It is not for nothing that it is often called the "Queen of the Alps". The wood of the stone pine contains essential oils that can have a calming and relaxing effect. The scent can promote sleep and increase general well-being. In addition, stone pine wood has a characteristic grain and colour, which gives our rooms a warm and natural atmosphere.
